It takes $1,016 a year to maintain our virtual address ($420), have coreimpact.family emails for the executive board ($576), and have the coreimpact.family domain name ($20) to facilitate basic communications. By contributing $150 piece each year, the executive board has covered $600 of the annual cost, leaving $416 to be raised for basic CORE Impact functions.
On top of these basic costs, it takes about $200 a year to have a basic website. For 2023, this cost was covered by our President, Marc Chisolm. As we look to the future and hope to have DocuSign, emails for each mentor, and staff to operate the organization to its full potential, the numbers really begin to add up.
Without solidified, recurring donations CORE Impact will run out of money and the mission will be significantly harder to accomplish. Because of this, we are asking each CORE Mentor to pay annual dues of $50. This will not only cover the basic functions listed above ($416 a year after executive board dues), but also give us some cushion as we continue to grow.
